Sinchem Group Holds 2026 Annual Work Deployment Conference to Anchor Strategic Goals and Drive Full-Year Growth

Sinchem Group successfully convened its 2026 Annual Work Deployment Conference on the morning of March 9, 2026. The event was held to clarify the company’s 2026 strategic objectives, lay out full-year key tasks, and ensure the efficient and effective execution of all business initiatives. More than 80 attendees, including the Group’s management personnel and employee representatives, gathered for the conference to kick off the new year’s development journey.

The conference opened with announcements from Sinchem Group’s Human Resources Department, which released the 2025 Annual Performance Appraisal Results of Sinchem Group, read out the Draft Opinion on 2026 Group Management Rank Adjustments and Notice on 2026 Group Cadre Appointment and Position Adjustment, and elaborated on the 2026 Open Competition Announcement for Group Cadre Positions, detailing the scope, eligibility criteria and timeline of the recruitment process.

Following the opening announcements, employee representatives delivered formal commitment speeches. Yan Qiang, Manager of the Silicone Production Department, outlined targeted measures to strengthen safety management and upgrade product quality. Ren Hao, Section Chief of the Sincere Technology Center, shared his 2026 work roadmap, focusing on accelerating equipment upgrades, forging a high-caliber team, delivering solid support for production operations, and breaking new ground in learning and innovation.

Qiu Xingya, President of Sinchem Group, laid out the Group’s 2026 work plan with four core mandates:

1. All department heads must clarify target accountabilities and prioritize key workstreams;

2. Implement a three-tier linked assessment system to align individual, departmental and Group-wide strategic goals, to ensure full delivery of the company’s overall objectives;

3. Refine the incentive mechanism to ensure employee compensation is directly matched to their value contribution;

4. Enforce strict safeguards against all types of safety incidents, rolling out optimized measures to drive comprehensive overhauls and substantial improvements in safety and quality performance.

In a solemn and high-spirited atmosphere, the conference proceeded to its signature ceremonial segment: the signing of the 2026 Target Responsibility Letters. President Qiu Xing ya took the stage first, signing the annual Target Responsibility Letters with each department head in turn, including leaders from the Marketing Department, Production Department, General Management Department, and Procurement Department. Each signature represented a solemn commitment to accountability, responsibility, and the unwavering resolve to deliver on the 2026 mission, drawing sustained and thunderous applause from the audience.

Subsequently, Qiu Xing dong, Chairman of Sinchem Group, delivered an inspiring mobilization address. Chairman Qiu noted that the core purpose of the conference is to clarify objectives, identify actionable approaches, unify team thinking, and consolidate operational responsibilities. He then issued key directives centered on the Group’s talent development strategy and 2026 key priorities: first, the Group will uphold a talent-first strategy to ensure value creators become the core backbone of SINCHEM; second, for 2026’s core work, the Group will take "Breakthrough through Innovation, Leapfrog Improvement in Quality" as the overarching theme to win critical development battles.
